not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding

its affiliates from and against any claims, damages,
obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

- Any content you submit through the Service
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of California, United States,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
